At ‘wyldrose’, we strive for your satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us at hello@wyldrose.com immediately within 14 calendar days after receiving your damaged or defective item to request a return, with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost. Please note that we do not support returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size of color, or if you simply change your mind.
